What this role is really testing
The project
Brand Audit & Campaign Pitch Deck for a Real Beer or CPG Brand
A polished 8-10 slide PowerPoint deck that audits one real brand's current marketing position, identifies a cultural trend or whitespace the brand is missing, and pitches a concrete campaign concept to close that gap. This maps directly to the role because it mirrors the intern's actual deliverable, a robust marketing project with strategic, analytical, and creative thinking presented to leadership.
- Pick one real brand in the beer or CPG space (e.g., a domestic light beer, a hard seltzer, or a sports drink) and spend 30 minutes researching: pull 3-5 recent ads or campaigns from YouTube and their Instagram, note one direct competitor doing something meaningfully different, and identify one cultural trend (from sports, music, food, or media) that the brand has not yet tapped, document your findings in a simple notes doc so your deck has a factual spine.
- Build the deck in PowerPoint across three clear sections, Situation (1-2 slides: who the brand is today, their apparent target consumer, and one competitive gap you observed), Insight (2-3 slides: the cultural trend you identified, why it resonates with the target consumer using any publicly available data point such as a Nielsen stat, a Google Trends screenshot, or a social engagement figure, and the single 'so what' insight sentence that connects trend to brand opportunity), and Campaign Idea (3-4 slides: a named campaign concept with a tagline, the core message, two or three specific activation ideas across channels such as social, event, or partnership, and a slide on why this idea is ownable for this brand and not its competitor).
- Apply clean, consistent formatting throughout, use the brand's actual color palette and logo pulled from its website, keep each slide to one headline and supporting visuals or bullet points, and add a final 'Recommended Next Steps' slide with three prioritized actions a marketing team could act on Monday morning, then export as a PDF so it opens instantly without font or layout issues.

Questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. For roles like this one, Provieo builds the project as a live case-study page: slides, tables and findings you fill in. You bring the thinking.
Where did this project come from?
Provieo read the Constellation Brands posting and generated it on 2026-10-16. If you paste the same posting yourself you may get a different project, so two applicants don't show up with the same one.
Is Provieo connected to Constellation Brands?
No. This is an independent project idea based on a public posting. It does not guarantee an interview.
