By creating an account or using Proveio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of service

Proveio is an AI-powered portfolio platform that allows college students to build AI projects, create professional portfolio pages, and share their work with potential employers.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to post false or misleading content, impersonate others, upload malware, or use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Proveio. By submitting content, you grant Proveio a limited license to display and store your content solely to operate the platform.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. We offer a 7-day refund on Pro subscriptions if no AI credits have been used.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
