Your continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Provieo. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you must have your parent or legal guardian's consent to use the platform and to these Terms. By using Provieo, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Provieo is an AI-assisted platform designed to help students build tailored resumes, AI-powered portfolio projects, and job application packages. It is a technology tool only — not a staffing agency, recruiter, employment service, or career counselor. Provieo does not place candidates with employers and is not a party to any employment relationship.

IMPORTANT: Provieo makes absolutely no guarantee that use of the platform will result in employment, internship placement, interview invitations, or any other professional outcome.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROVIEO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF PROVIEO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO PROVIEO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
While Provieo implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, no system is completely immune to security risks. In the event of a data breach or unauthorized access to your personal data that is not caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct:
By using Provieo, you acknowledge and accept the inherent security risks associated with transmitting personal information over the internet. We will notify you promptly of any breach that materially affects your personal data and will cooperate with applicable notification requirements.
Your content: You retain full ownership of all content you submit to Provieo, including your resume, personal projects, and job application data. You grant Provieo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the platform services to you.
AI-generated content: Content generated by AI using your inputs may be used by you for personal and professional purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of any AI-generated content before use.
Provieo's IP: The Provieo platform, website design, branding, logos, and proprietary software are owned by Provieo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us — your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Provieo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit that causes harm to a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in New Jersey under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect and by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Provieo after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
