1. Information we collect
When you create a Proveio account, we collect your name, email address, and university. When you build projects, we store your project descriptions, tech stack, GitHub and demo URLs. We also collect usage data such as portfolio view counts, feature usage, and session information.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the Proveio platform, including displaying your public portfolio to employers, processing subscription payments through Stripe, sending transactional emails, and powering AI feedback features through the Claude API. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data sharing
We share your data with trusted service providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic (AI project feedback), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies.
4. Public portfolio data
Your public portfolio page is visible to anyone with the link, including employers. This includes your name, university, bio, and any projects you mark as Live. Projects saved as Draft are never publicly visible.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@proveio.com.
