The project

Clinical Trial Supply Inventory & Risk Dashboard

An interactive browser-based dashboard built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that ingests a mock clinical trial supply dataset to visualize inventory levels, flag reorder-point breaches, and surface supplier concentration risk across fictional trial sites. This maps directly to the role's emphasis on building planning and forecasting tools, applying digital tools to supply chain decisions, and presenting actionable findings to cross-functional stakeholders.

  1. Create a realistic mock dataset as a JavaScript array of objects, each record representing a trial site (e.g., Site ID, country, drug name, units on hand, reorder point, lead time days, supplier name, monthly burn rate), covering at least 15 rows across 4–5 suppliers and 3 drug types. Derive two calculated fields per row in code: days_of_supply (units_on_hand / daily_burn) and status (flagged as 'Critical' if days_of_supply < lead_time, 'Warning' if days_of_supply < lead_time * 1.5, else 'OK').
  2. Build the dashboard layout in a single HTML file with three panels: (1) a color-coded sortable summary table of all sites showing every field plus the derived status badge, (2) a pure-CSS or Canvas bar chart comparing days_of_supply across sites with a horizontal threshold line at the average lead time, and (3) a spend-concentration card that calculates what percentage of total units each supplier covers and highlights any supplier above 40% as a concentration risk, all driven by the same in-memory dataset with no external dependencies.
  3. Add an interactive filter row above the table with dropdown menus for Drug Type and Status, wired to JavaScript event listeners that re-render both the table and the bar chart on change, so a recruiter can immediately isolate all 'Critical' sites for a specific drug. Include a static text box beneath the concentration card containing a 3-bullet 'Analyst Recommendation' section you authored, mimicking the kind of written finding a co-op would hand to a procurement manager, this demonstrates the presentation and documentation skills the posting explicitly calls out.

Questions

Do I need to know how to code?

No. For roles like this one, Provieo builds the project as a live case-study page: slides, tables and findings you fill in. You bring the thinking.

Where did this project come from?

Provieo read the Regeneron posting and generated it on 2026-10-22. If you paste the same posting yourself you may get a different project, so two applicants don't show up with the same one.

Is Provieo connected to Regeneron?

No. This is an independent project idea based on a public posting. It does not guarantee an interview.
