The project

Mock Sponsorship Recap Deck & Partner Tracker

A polished Google Slides recap deck for a fictional club sponsor, complete with categorized content placements (social, digital, broadcast), a linked Google Sheet tracking sponsorship inventory and cost of goods, and a one-page partner prospect profile pulled from public sources. This maps directly to the three core tasks in the role: building recap decks, maintaining the trade tracker, and researching prospective partners.

  1. In Google Sheets, create a two-tab workbook: one tab labeled 'Content Log' with columns for Date, Channel (Social/Digital/Broadcast), Placement Type, Impressions/Reach (estimated), and Notes, populate it with 10–15 fictional but realistic rows for a made-up sponsor (e.g., a local energy drink brand); a second tab labeled 'Cost of Goods Tracker' with columns for Item, Category, Unit Cost, Quantity, Total Value, and a SUM formula at the bottom to auto-total, add 8–10 plausible sponsorship assets like LED signage, suite nights, and PA mentions with realistic dollar figures.
  2. In Google Slides, build a 6-slide sponsor recap deck using the data from your Sheet: Slide 1 is a branded cover with the fictional sponsor name and season date range; Slide 2 is an 'At a Glance' summary with three big-number callouts (total placements, total estimated reach, total asset value pulled from your tracker); Slides 3–5 break down activations by channel (one slide each for Social, Digital, Broadcast) with a small table or bullet list of specific placements and reach; Slide 6 is a 'Thank You' closing slide with a fictional renewal offer or upsell note, keep the design clean, on-brand with a consistent color scheme, and use the club's actual colors as inspiration.
  3. Write a one-page Partner Prospect Profile in Google Docs for a real local Tulsa business you find through a quick public search (e.g., a regional bank, restaurant chain, or healthcare brand): include a Company Overview section (2–3 sentences), a Why They Fit section explaining the audience alignment with FC Tulsa fans, a Suggested Assets section listing 3–4 sponsorship placements you would pitch them from your tracker tab, and a CRM Status field set to 'Research Complete, Ready to Pitch'; at the top of the document add a header that reads 'Prospective Partner Brief' so a recruiter immediately understands its purpose.

Questions

Do I need to know how to code?

No. For roles like this one, Provieo builds the project as a live case-study page: slides, tables and findings you fill in. You bring the thinking.

Where did this project come from?

Provieo read the FC Tulsa posting and generated it on 2026-10-28. If you paste the same posting yourself you may get a different project, so two applicants don't show up with the same one.

Is Provieo connected to FC Tulsa?

No. This is an independent project idea based on a public posting. It does not guarantee an interview.
